You will need:
- Some toys
- A camera or smart phone
Take it in turns to act out a play sequence with the toys, narrating the action as you go. ‘Freeze’ the play at key points and ask the other person to take a photo. Afterwards, look back through the photos together and the other person has to say what happened. The story could include as many or as few play scenes as you like. Be inventive with where the stories happen – you could use the kitchen, bathroom, under the bed…

“One sunny day Fred was riding his bike through the town. At the same time, Billy was driving to the shops”.
“Oh no! Suddenly Billy crashed into Fred! Luckily Fred was ok. He went home and had an ice cream with his mummy”.
